Alright so i tried to let this slide but this guy scammed me and had the audacity to tell me he gave me a refund and the account i paid for

This all started on may 6 long story short i buy the account he gives me an email but the password doesn't work i let him know he goes oh let me make you a new email i try to log in the second time but this time it works but its not the account i paid for its a completely fresh account i try to see what happened then he blocks me
