What is the dispute about?
This guy called OOFi - jinji approached me at discord via my topic; https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/trade-banned-account.1604819/ and my other topic as well; https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/high-tier-steam-account.1592500/, he offered two accounts one is trade banned and the other one is a possible main account or so. I was not interested in his main account or so, but I liked the trade banned one since it had a good value in the inventory, we talked about everything and I offered him around 1250$ for it, I told him that I will look closely for this trade and ask about him since he provided his 'twitch' channel and that he is a known streamer. Things started to be sketchy when he said that he wants the money via ETH/BTC and so on, so basically he will be in the safe field and I will be risking things for nothing, so I told him I will be asking about him, on the 21-05-2020 I tried to contact him and he told me that the account was SOLD and until this moment everything was fine, but when I saw this guy 'SkinsToWin' posting about a 30k trade banned account on 21-05-2020, I was curious to add him and see the account, so I added him and he said that I talked with his friend, he gave me the exact offer I gave 'his friend' in less than 10 seconds and this is when I was pretty sure I was talking with the same person on TWO DIFFERENT DISCORDS, he said that the account was sold as well, and he claimed to have a 62k trade banned account. On 22-05-2020 I contacted him to see the other account, but he said at that moment that he has only an account with 27k banned inventory, so I told him to give me the URL, he gave me a (csgobackpack) link, I checked the skins it was very close to the 31k banned account, when I wanted to see the steam, he claimed it is private for obvious reasons.
I asked him about the steam level because I remembered that the first account was level 12, but when I asked him, he said no its 18, and I asked for a screenshot then he was raging out loud at me lol.
I am typing this dispute and the account is public right now. WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE IT IS LEVEL 12 lol.
Just take a look on the dates and the name he had back in 18/5 and the account that was provided 22/5. Plus the first guy said he had like 61-62k trades and look at the surprise we have on the alleged 'second account' lol.

Overall, he is the same person with two different discords and he is trying to scam multiple users. Plus, there is a negative feedback on his account for something else as well by another user.
