Scam attempt + he scammed someone

Alright so I was just doing my daily look for another account and saw one user got scammed by AQW. Found another thread using the SAME Skype AQW has posted in his thread. Obviously here for the main intent to scam only and you should take care of this.

Not 100% on where to put this but if this user ain't banned I REFUSE to use your site any longer because the evidence is overwhelming of multi account and intent to scam by forcing you to go first by his ridiculous "binding" TOS. ^.^ Rip him or Rip this site for me :|

Alright well I suppose an admin has seen this by now and if this type of behavior is not ban worthy then I will refuse to do anything with this site moving forward. Don't ban a guy who's using the same Skype as another banned account and has clearly shown he has multiple accounts then it's almost like condoning it.

Really admins? What more do you need? He scammed me for 20 dollars and my Paypal dispute didnt work so I lost the cash.

Thats a bit much. You both are very impatient. We do not allow returning scammers. But we do not check help section 24 hours a day. But when we do see it we take care of it.
