Hello. I would like to raise a problem concerning an Instagram account and service seller -> @aspetbiebs

Coming here I see that I'm not the only one to have had some trouble with this user... so,

I replace the spatio-temporal framework I make contact with the said person through WhatsApp at the beginning of August. He explains to me that he has several accounts available and especially at several prices. I reserve him an account that suits me, it is late I suggest that he do the transaction the next morning.

Arrived the next day, I contacted him again to make the transaction, I made the paypal transfer to him at 11am and he answered me at 1am to leave me the account details.

I have the account, he had his payment everything is for the best in the best of the world. It was without relying on the inspection of account information. We had agreed on an account worth $ 90 from 2013 and it turns out that he sells me a 2014 account that was for $ 80.

Not understanding, I send him a message, he no longer answers me, I have an answer the next day or two or he apologizes for having sold me the wrong account. And I realize that something is wrong with the name changes, he will eventually admit to having sold the account I wanted and that he therefore deliberately changed this one right after my paypal transfer.

I point out his error to him, I ask him what we are doing and he offers to top up the account if necessary, etc.

I ACCEPT this account so as not to make a fuss, given what he offered me to do in return. The days pass and the account loses 6k followers, 9k, then 11k. Seeing this I try to contact him on WhatsApp but he blocked me and my messages are no longer delivered to him. I then try to talk to him through another means and it will be Discord. I tell him I have a problem with the account he sold me and it's time to do what he offered to make amends for deliberately selling something that didn't suit me not. He refuses and will eventually block me on Discord as well.

I also just saw that he had given me a negative opinion for this transaction, it makes me laugh softly.

All conversations WhatsApp/Discord are available and I am able to show this privately as personal information will appear.
