Was advised by @Angel that I could open a dispute about this matter for investigation
I accuse the aforementioned party for being a scammer/selling a scammed account because i am now 100% sure he is selling/attempting to sell the account that i got scammed on which can be found here : https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/hug...tars-all-c6-many-5-stars-weapon-4000.2043050/
Checked his thread, wording is similar to the thread I got scammed on and further the characters are geared and have artifacts EXACTLY the same as the account I was scammed on.
My friend spoke to him on discord posing as a buyer
He was trying to get the seller to take a video/disclose UID which I am I am sure admin can easily ask for and realize the accounts are the same anyway.
Basically when I got the account there was no Raiden/Sara and no engulfing lightning. I specifically pulled for these and got c3 raiden and c6 sara and engulfing lightning R2. In the process of pulling for engulfing i got another Amos bow, 1 more unforged (which i combined with the R2 unforged) and another PJWS.
In the persons thread you can also see the characters using what weapons are almost EXACTLY the same as the scam thread I bought the account in except for Hutao/zhong li (I swapped the weapons after I bought it) and Jean/Bennet (I also swapped the skyward blade to bennet).
But anyway that all seems like circumstantial evidence right ? So thats where the pictures come in.
He sent my friend the artifacts/stats of his characters which are almost 100% the same as when the account was recalled because at that time I could still access it because the recaller did not "remove all devices" yet. I took screenshots which I will also be happy to show a Moderator through screenshare the dates to show it wasn't taken recently but on the day of the account recall dispute etc.
Also the constellations (aside from Sara/Raiden) are exactly the same but that can be a coincidence.

Again u can see the constellations are all the same. And the weapon inventory is all the same (same ppl using same weapons) except the differences I mentioned above, and the new weapons i mentioned above.

Below is a picture of the weapons that i took on the day of recall.. and u can see it is exactly the same... as well.. all the lvls etc:. You can see the date it was taken, i blacked out the location.
Lastly this is proof he claims to somehow be the OO
Last point:
He definitely does not have all the receipts as I had spent money on the account when I got it and I am quite sure if you ask for any receipts from 8th september to the end of the raiden banner (or the entire period of the raiden banner) he will not be able to give any. There is no way to get
C3 raiden + R2 engulfing as F2P (I am 100% certain).
If he does somehow have MY payment receipts... that is a bit crazy and I should prolly just destroy my computer or something. I dont see how this is possible.
SUMMARY/CONCLUSION
Based on the information above I am almost 100% certain this is the same account and anyway mods can just ask for UID or smth and can confirm its the same UID. I am a bit sad it was not banned.
The account was definitely recalled.
Anyway I think we can conclude the following
1. Lionardo/Mesooo is the original owner and the previously banned rknosubah was not. Lionardo recalled the account with original receipts. (This is the LEAST likely scenario IMO ; the only reason i consider this is because right towards the end of my dispute with rknosubah, rknosubah suddenly claimed he wasnt the OO (he did say he was OO in his thread))
2. Lionardo is rknosubah (most likely in my opinion and hence should be banned)
- However for this point I know that epicnpc is quite strict on VPN etc and can trace so I am unsure if this is possible as rknosubah was from Indonesia
3. Lionardo and rknosubah are working together
4. rknosubah hacked and got this account from Lionardo who then recalled the account back (This is extremely unlikely - given that he is saying its his own personal acc bla bla spent alot, also did not disclose to my friend it was hacked before)
5. Lionardo bought this account recently and is selling it again , in which case his entire post is a COMPLETE LIE. And honestly it is super shady (Also very unlikely)
Additional points:
I am happy to screenshare with a mod my entire folder of proof but I think this is very unnecessary as really just need to ask for the UID anyway.
What I want?
I really don't want anyone to be scammed on this account
Further, I was speaking to my bank and they actually allow me to chargeback my expenditure on the account after I spoke to them on what happen. I decided not to because I thought there was an off chance the account would be given to me by mihoyo (obviously they did not)
So Lionardo/Mesooo if you truly are the real owner, I have to let you know I will be doing a chargeback depending on the outcome of this dispute. If you really have done nothing wrong I suggest you pay me back for my expenditure on the account for which I can give the receipts I believe.
(Also the amount is not small its about 1.2k)
