What is the dispute about?

I gave codes for games ( we had agreed with seller this will be a method payment) and after in next day he told me codes dosnt worked they are used and he cant use it

I wanted buy gw2 account... I added Lerion on discord and we stared write. After long talk we decide i will pay him with keys game ( about 10 games i have screens).( before that i told him i can do bank transfer or paypal transfer but he didnt want he gave me a list of games on ubisoft steam and battle.net).

After this what he told me thats i send him a used codes i was a bit in shock because i didint used that was new fresh i sended to him imediately after kinguin.net delivered my this codes .
I was wrote to kinguine and they are in shock so i decided to write to ubisoft steam and battel... They answer me and i had now times and date when he used this codes and that was at 7 AM 26.09.2017 i send this codes to him at 25.09 11 PM.

After this we talk ofc lovly speeches etc from his side... He told me at 15:00 ( about it ) he will keep this gw2 accout (what i wanted buy from him) for me when i get money back from kinguin and he will remove offer from epicnpc but he did it at 10:53 .

Thats all mean he used my codes at 7AM at 10:53 he edit offer thred on EPICNPC and next he concated with me with exelent speech.

I have some screens but i dont have from discord because i deleted this kid imediately after that.

I dont care about this that he will get baned or someting and i understand i dont have screens etc. But rember one thing this guy lie and he simply fk me on 560 euro
I have money so i dont care but be careful guys its not nice lose money that u earn. One more thing i was bought this codes from multiple vendor so its imposible that all codes dosnt worke(due to use) And like i said times and date that i got from steam ubisoft batle says all HF GL be careful guys with yours transaction

I lost some 10 hours with this all tickets to steam ubisoft... and i dont want more I dont care what support do with this case i think nothing but be careful. Just this

I will add soon i added him again to friend ofc he not acepted but now i have story( i will add this tomorrow now have to work a bit )

That a part of chat with him he talk about method payment that he dont want paypal transfer just games etc. I dont have much time for discribe this all...with times and date ( someof this u ca see on screens)
on screens u can see time when he got it i will send screen from ubifost when codes was activated. Its simply he is offline now on discord etc.
That was my rick i dont blame no one. He is a small thief that's all guys

Here is screen from support ubisoft( u see time when was activated)( he activated this at morning at next day after he got it). You ca also see what i wrote to them

On screens from discord u can see that he wrote about keeping this account for me and about that he will remove offer from epicnpc. ZHe wrote me that about 13:00 but he remove offer from Epic npc about 10:00 thats mean he was on pc and he used keys before that (like u can see on screens from ubisoft he used codes at 7:00 about) That's all is ez

He scamed me thats all Like i said it was my risk i dont blame no one Just be careful with him.

On screens u can see like he send me screens with information codes was used before:0 when i asked him show me screen of libray he wrote he dont have time he have to go out now its on screens. We wrote 2 days so we have long story of chat
