Other details / notes: User receives the payment, and the payments show as completed, meaning he himself accepted them, but says that he hasn't received the money. For the first transaction he said he received and showed me the email that said he got it. He then showed me a screenshot of his account which had a balance of $0.00. It took him a while to respond and he wasn't really replying fast. When he received the payment, I'm sure he sent it to another account before showing me his account. And the second payment was completed but he's saying he hasn't received anything yet. I sent paypal an email, and I'm waiting for their reply. If that doesn't work, I'll call up PayPal myself.
