tl;dr we had website transfer and his order althoug placed in queue was gone from our website logs due to the fact that he placed it during the websit transfer and not all data was copied of orders placed during that short window of time.
although we never issue 100% refund on delayed orders, we agreed on this if he removes the feedback. not sure if he is away or w/e but this was the deal:

if he was going to leave netural etc, we would have stick to our rules/tos and charge 30% processing fee ( people requesting refund coz of delay are aware of this coz we pay comission to support staff per order taken on chat, and also others were put on hold coz of his spot in queue). instead we both agreed on full refund and negative feedback removal, not changed to neutral due to our partial fault in this matter althouh it was technical reasons and beyond the limits of our abilites. i can send proofs of website hosting upgrade ticked with hosting compant if need be.
