Hello EpicNPC Staff,

I would like to kindly request assistance regarding the red feedback currently displayed on my account.

The issue related to this transaction occurred quite a long time ago and has now been fully resolved. The buyer has already received a full refund through a PayPal dispute, and there are no remaining claims or disputes between both parties.

Additionally, the original issue happened because the account was recovered by the original owner, which was outside of my control at the time of the transaction.

At this point, all financial matters related to this case have been fully settled and closed. However, the negative feedback is still affecting my reputation and my ability to trade on the platform.

Therefore, I respectfully ask the moderation team to review the full context of the situation and consider removing this red feedback, as it no longer reflects the current status of the case.

The duplicate feedback has been removed.

We do not consider disputes resolved if a member has to open a dispute to get their money back. We only consider it resolved if the refund if given willingly.

Since the refund was not given willingly, feedback can remain.
