Other details / notes: Kruuger4life posted both negative feedback and a negative post in my professional services thread; I'd like both removed if possible. Thanks in advance.

E-Ranking considers the identity of its customers to be sacred, and for this Kruuger4life to presume he knows either E-Ranking or its customers without ever talking to either and then attempt to tarnish all parties' reputations is nothing more than deliberate defamation in the form of pure libel.
Kruuger4life also claims to have been searching MMOBAY forums for arena services for a while now, but he only created his MMOBAY account on the day that he posted this attempt at defamation with his first and only post.
