I want to delete this review, I did not guarantee the guy any WR, he was notified of the risks. Now I have moved and will live in a new place, I tried to contact the client to delete/change the review (maybe even freeboosting) - but he does not answer me.

Hello again, I tried to get in touch with @Genco somehow, but I failed. I understand that it took a long time to delete the review, but I did not have the physical opportunity to appeal it immediately. I warned this guy in advance about the possibilities and guarantees, and did not know that he had written a review. If the review cannot be deleted, is it possible to transfer it to neutral before receiving a review from @Genco?
