I am requesting the removal of the negative feedback on my profile. As the broker/manager of this transaction, I have provided the best possible technical solutions to resolve this issues , but the buyer (@Sam333999666) has refused to cooperate, leaving the transaction in an artificial deadlock and @Slaepyt refuses to issue a refund
Transaction Timeline & Context:
Background:
Aug 2024: I originally purchased this account from someone on fb , sold it to @Slaepyt (the current owner), and was hired by him to manage/play on the account for over a year.
June 10 2026: @Slaepyt authorized me to resell the account. At this point, full access was handed over to me. I secured the account by changing the passwords for both the Farlight and Gmail account @Slaepyt no longer had any access.
June 11 2026: @Sam333999666 purchased the account.
I told him to wait 7 days for the gmail to be safely transferred. Meanwhile I gave him in-game access so he could play while he waited.
June 13 2026: The connected Gmail account was unexpectedly disabled by Google.
The Problem & Support Ticket Status:
To resolve the disabled Gmail issue, I immediately initiated an unlinking request with Dislyte Support.
I provided all definitive proof of ownership, including the absolute first top-up receipts and historical account data.
Dislyte Support officially reviewed and validated that all my provided proofs were accurate.
The Snag: Because both the buyer and I logged into the account concurrently during the transfer, Support flagged the inconsistent IP/device data. They denied the immediate unlink but explicitly instructed us to wait a few months with only one device logged in so they can safely process the unlink request.
Mitigations Offered to the Buyer:
To ensure the buyer could fully utilize the account securely while waiting out the support cooldown, I provided the following:
I handed over all official proof of ownership directly to @Sam333999666 so they can personally finalize the unlinking process later.
I linked a brand-new, secure third-party Gmail account to the Dislyte data and gave full access to @Sam333999666, allowing them a fully functional secondary login path.
The Deadlock & Risks:
The Buyer's Stance: @Sam333999666 refuses to wait out the support timeline and is demanding a 100% full refund.
The Owner's Stance: @Slaepyt refuses to issue a refund because the buyer still retains active access to the game via the Farlight credentials. Because the original Gmail is locked, the Farlight password cannot be changed to lock the buyer out.
The Risk: If a full refund is forced, it creates a "free account trap." The buyer gets 100% of their money back while retaining full capability to keep playing the account and unlinking it to their personal data in a few months, leaving the seller with zero assets and zero funds.
Guaranteed Account Security & Current Status:
the account is completely secure, and the buyer faces zero risk of a recall:
The Seller (@Slaepyt) is Locked Out: @Slaepyt does not know the current Dislyte password and has absolutely no way to recover the disabled Gmail or the game account.
The Buyer (@Sam333999666) Has Full Control: The buyer can log in and play smoothly right now using the new, secure Google third-party link I created for them.
The Password is Safe: Because the original Gmail is locked, the Farlight password cannot be changed or reset by anyone. Only the buyer and I know the current password.
The Buyer Holds the Solution: I have already given all the official receipts and proof of ownership to the buyer. This means only the buyer has the power to complete the Gmail unlink with Dislyte support once the wait period ends.
Conclusion:
The negative feedback against me is unwarranted. The account is fully playable via the new Google link I provided, and a verified, official solution from Dislyte Support is already in progress. The buyer's refusal to cooperate with the game's technical support cooldown and me , So this is just a difference in decisions between seller (@Slaepyt) and buyer (@Sam333999666)
I kindly request administration to remove the negative feedback from my profile
