Method of Contact Used (chat program): Discord App
Instant Messenger username of the person you're accusing: Earthwerrm (Epicnpc name) , Ride (Discord name; no other information available, I am suspecting he has blocked me for access)
Your Instant Messenger ID: Elka#4002 (Discord ID)
Other information: I was the Seller, (Elka#4002, Elkaretriever) and Jonathan Galicia (Ride, Earthwerrm) was the buyer.
He has received the IGN, and confirmed it by sending the second half of the amount promised. Then he got the refund through paypal dispute saying he did not receive his IGN, but on the EpicNPC Chat, he tells me that he got the name, but got his account banned for some reason.

What is the dispute about?
The buyer has taken the refund of the amount he paid for the IGN he received on Apr 14, even before making his full payment.
Other details / notes: Have include the information below with screenshots of the time that the trade occurred, the date, and the email confirmation of payment received, which matches with the end of conversation on Discord.

Porably between 8:28PM EST ~ 8:35PM EST, since we hung up right after confirming the second payment (time recieved shown through email Paypal confirmation below for "Payment screenshots")

Earthwerrm acknowledging that he has received his IGN, and got his account banned, which is not relevant to the status of IGN and my account that had IGN "Pork" did not get banned at all. I am playing perfectly fine right now. (I acted like I am not Elka#4002, so he would respond)

Earthwerrm replying to "boosting" service for lostark NA, which may have included activities against amazongames' policy.
Also, the IGN direct trading for Lostark NA is only available if the character with the IGN is level 1 or below certain level (not sufficient enough to do any illegal trading, or gold-farming, which is strictly banned by Amazongames).
My character with IGN "Pork" was level 1 , which is why I was able to process the trade through live stream that went on for approximately 7 minutes, as shown in the chat history for discord.

Earthwerrm/Jonathan Galicia's shipping adress appears to be Dallas, TX, US. I'm sure his phonenumber used to verify will match the location number.
