    Answers to Common Questions:
    
    - Trade Guardian Middleman service does not protect against account or payment recall.
    --- MM services provide a safe and secure way to exchange an item and payment only.
    - If there is a problem after, please open a dispute in our Active Dispute forum. We will then conduct an investigation.
    - For Mobile games, it you have already linked to a Facebook account and there's no option to unlink, it's possible the FB account will become locked (possibly permanently) when the MM or buyer login for the first time.
    
    Account Locks
    
    Accounts (email, FB, etc) can sometime become locked if unusual activity is detected. This can occur when our MM or buyer accesses the account.
    
    Once locked, only previously used recovery information (phone, email) can be used to unlock the account. It is the responsibility of the seller to unlock the account because only the seller will have the ability. If the seller is unable to, the transaction will be cancelled. If the seller does not have the ability to unlock, the account should not be sold.
    
    Middleman service does not work for the following:
    - Boosting/leveling services
    - Methods/guides for exploits or cheats
    - In-game currency purchases (most games)
    
    Not all Middleman accept the following:
    - IOS games
    - PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo games
    - Tik-Tock accounts
    - Game codes/keys
    
    Refunds
    • Full Refund - MM Transaction is canceled before the MM receives anything.
    • Partial Refund - MM received the item, then the transaction is canceled. $9.95 cancellation fee. The remaining fee is refunded.
