Approximate value of property: Agreed on 1000$ (200$ upfront to login and see if the account was legit, 300$ afterwards + another 500$ 3months after the transaction + 700$ if the seller is able to change the login mail in the future - which isn't possible yet and probably never will be)

What is the dispute about?
Bought the account on April 12th from the seller.
As the seller had his personal email linked to the account, which he wouldn't sell with the account, I was already very suspicious, but we agreed on a good price and a split payment bc of the risk for me and I got access to the account for a smaller risk of 200$. As I couldn't buy the attached email, I only was able to change password. I paid the seller another 300$ and we agreed if I was still in possession of the account 3 months after the transaction I would pay additional 500$. If it would've been possible to change the account's login email to my own one at some point in the future, I would've paid an additional 700$ as I would've been in full possession of the account in that case. Unfortunately with E7 account you can't change your email once it's linked.
On July the 2nd I couldn't log in anymore as the seller had restored his account (which was obviously very easy for him through his email, kinda my own fault to trust him I know). As I tried to contact him on Discord, where we had written each other quite a few times after the transaction over personal stuff (I thought he was an honest and friendly person by that point bc we had written each other multiple times for nearly 3 months), he blocked me and I wasn't able to contact him anymore.
As I was aware of the possibility of the seller restoring his account at some point I had paid with PayPal Services and Goods, so I would be able to file a dispute against the seller if this would happen. So I filed a dispute on PayPal which now says I won, but I still have to wait for the money to be back on my bank account. So things worked out quite well now.
It kinda won't matter as the seller isn't really active here anyway, I just wanted to file the claim to warn other people if he does another sale in the future. He even changed his Discord Name from the one given in the sale thread to Sephiroth#9087 (at least Discord shows this name in the old conversation now). So watch out for this guy.
