this guy from years ago claimed my services got him banned from elden ring. its been like 2.5 years and ive had 1000s of sales since this one, its still the only bad rating ive received on any website. does staff ever review these types of situations? could i request the rating be reviewed/removed?

this user also claimed proof was submitted and upheld and blah blah....but epicnpc doesnt investigate trades done over discord. funny how that doesnt add up

this guy got himself banned because he was super high energy talking smack in PvP. literally 1000s of people are out there with my gear and have had zero issues
