In screenshot he already give me the account, but it's not the account he wanted to sell. After that I said to refund my money and then I give my credit card number (Bank BCA) and he said he want to transfer the money but he didn't and blocked my discord.

I pay him with my bank (BCA) to GoPay (fintech) and yeah he said he received the money and want to check the account first, but didn't reply my chat. After that the first screenshot above happen
