i wanna make a blacklist, for certain game catergory here, would i be able do that here, it will be basically a list to watch out for certain scammers in 'Elsword' https://www.epicnpc.com/forums/elsword-accounts.384/ could i ;sumbit it as a guide' just wanna ask the mods before doing this as there has been alot of scams with this and as a community i wanna try blacklisting people w/ proof of course.

If you are accusing members here, then you would need to go through the regular dispute process:

For off site scammers you can make a list with your proof and post it here, feel free to link it in your threads and reference it so other community members or anyone looking to buy is aware.

Keep in mind, a blacklist would not be considered a guide, even if it has tips on safety, so that wouldn’t be approved in the guide section.
