Question about sending an ID card when selling

I recently bought and account and recived the mans ID card (drivers PERMIT) do be exact.
I was wondering if he recalls the account i bought from him, what legal trouble could i get him into since i have his ID card?

You having a copy of the ID are more likely to get in legal trouble then he will. All that allowed you to do was to recall the account in the case of a scam if you traded it off to someone else.

so if he does recall it, since i cant recall my money...the only thing i can do is battle for the account??

Pretty much. But it's going to get locked and banned after the second or third recall.
