What is the dispute about?

1. Friendly seller, really polite. Sold me the account all went smooth. I am not sure he is scammer but I doubt he is original owner
2. Used the account 2 month, stopped 1 month and this month I wanted play however I notice changes in the account
3. I see pvp attempt 0/3, new events done, story done, premium crystals bought.
4. Contacted the seller to ask if it was him. ( forgot to mention he sent me ID/PASS but I didnt change it at first because he said he was original owner and as a seller with vouches he wont login I thought...)
Then he said it wasnt him and he recommend me to ask support. Which I did, but they cant help me make someone logout. I changed all my links, google, crunchyroll, facebook, pass but unsuccessfully. The person is still
playing in the account.
5. Seller said it was my fault for not changing pass and his for not putting a good password starting by hello however I still find chances being very low for stealing account in this game, but I believe that if he was original owner only me and he can login since we both know the pass, no one else should. The rate of someone knowing id + pass is really narrow and why would the person buy premium crystals on it ??
Seller then offered me to refund half the price, but I bought the acc for a friend and he wants the 50$ or 40$ back since he can not use the account anymore, but seller is not okay with it, which is why I do this thread.

6. Therefore, I ask help to EpicNpc team to look at this matter, I am at fault ? I am elligible to get my full refund ?

Around the time making this post, 1 week have passed and the person still log in the account, (I get errors when he logins)


Other details / notes: I know it is hard to prove that someone is logging in the account, but I can provide anything needed to prove that I am not putting an act at all. I even want to waste all gems in the acc after case closed because I cant make the other person leave.

I will provide my side of the facts.
1) Sold the account around 3 months ago, recently he contacted me saying someone is logging in. When I asked, he admitted to not having changed the password for months after buying it, which I had set to the same thing as the account's public name, for ease of transfer.
2) While I cannot confirm whether or not he is telling the truth, and there is no way for me to confirm either way, I also do not know how I can prove I am the original owner. I believe it should be the responsibility of the buyer to secure his account after buying it, and changing the password should be most basic.
3) On my part, I did not explicitly remind him to change it, so in a show of goodwill I offered to refund half the amount as my part of the blame, which he refused and wanted a full refund. I am not willing to do so as I don't think it is completely my fault that he got hacked, and I also have doubts to whether his story is true or a scam attempt.

I hope the mods/admin can give me some help and suggest a fair resolution to this issue. Thank you.

@SC2MMR are you the original owner of the account?

Yes I am, I rerolled for this account myself, and I have also never given the login to anyone else, until I sold it to Ridota.
 
Fairest way to resolve this would be 50% refund as @SC2MMR suggested. The person who bought the account is partially at fault for not changing the password and securing the account.
Alright fine by me,

since the Paypal email [email protected] was limited,
He will refund 25$ Paypal to my other email [email protected]
After this he doesnt owe me anything, also If admin can hide Those emails, I dont know If I Did it correctly.

Hi, I’m a recent purchaser of the same account. After confirming with Ridota we have come to the conclusion that the same account was sold twice.

At this point I think it is self explanatory, he sold me the account, then to this other person and refunded us half the price to get away without problem...
