What is the dispute about?
1. Friendly seller, really polite. Sold me the account all went smooth. I am not sure he is scammer but I doubt he is original owner
2. Used the account 2 month, stopped 1 month and this month I wanted play however I notice changes in the account
3. I see pvp attempt 0/3, new events done, story done, premium crystals bought.
4. Contacted the seller to ask if it was him. ( forgot to mention he sent me ID/PASS but I didnt change it at first because he said he was original owner and as a seller with vouches he wont login I thought...)
Then he said it wasnt him and he recommend me to ask support. Which I did, but they cant help me make someone logout. I changed all my links, google, crunchyroll, facebook, pass but unsuccessfully. The person is still
playing in the account.
5. Seller said it was my fault for not changing pass and his for not putting a good password starting by hello however I still find chances being very low for stealing account in this game, but I believe that if he was original owner only me and he can login since we both know the pass, no one else should. The rate of someone knowing id + pass is really narrow and why would the person buy premium crystals on it ??
Seller then offered me to refund half the price, but I bought the acc for a friend and he wants the 50$ or 40$ back since he can not use the account anymore, but seller is not okay with it, which is why I do this thread.
6. Therefore, I ask help to EpicNpc team to look at this matter, I am at fault ? I am elligible to get my full refund ?
Around the time making this post, 1 week have passed and the person still log in the account, (I get errors when he logins)
Other details / notes: I know it is hard to prove that someone is logging in the account, but I can provide anything needed to prove that I am not putting an act at all. I even want to waste all gems in the acc after case closed because I cant make the other person leave.
