Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He posted a thread about him selling a cheap silver 4 account. He had 2 positive feedbacks so I thought I could trust him when going first. I sent the money via paypal and he gave me the information for the steam account, but false information for the email account connected to the steam account. After I told him about the problem, he would not respond, and shortly after, went offline.
