I bought a World of tanks account from a high reputation seller https://playerauctions.com/offer/myfeedbacklist/?username=smartsell ,,

after purchase i found that email info is wrong and i had contacted the seller , he just repeat that i should do the method as shown in a video to be able to access the email ,, i did but it still show that the email passward is wrong while we still in order confirmation period ,, then after a day i found account passward had changed and we still in confirmation period ,, when i had back to seller he offer me worse acc which doesn`t have what i like to get so i refuse his offer and apply a dispute as all info are provided by seller is wrong ,,,, then suddenly after i send all evidences to playerauctions they stand at Scammer seller side and judged to his favor while they even doesn`t ask em to refund some of the money or show them a proof that his info was right and working !!!

its a Troll when a trading site accept alot of sellers while having Alot of UNSOLVED DISPUTES and all diputes prove 1 thing that the seller stole his accs as his accs got recovered which i hadn`t noticed before purchase

after i had contacted them they tell me to enjoy the scam even if it happened in the purchase proccess (order wasn`t completed but they took the money and devided it with the thief scammer seller ) !!!!!! :mad::mad::mad:

Playerauctions : Upon checking the order ID provided, it appears that this dispute was deliberated and decided in favor of the seller. We understand that this may not be the response that you were hoping for. It was a tough decision for us but the dispute process is in place in order to deliberate disputes in a fair, reasonable and time bound system.

Hello Agypter.

I've checked the case and chatlogs, and as also shown in your screenshots, your seller asked you to tie your phone number so you could recover the account that way and fully secure it. However, it never happened. He also offered you a replacement account which you declined in favor of a refund, so when the case was escalated as a dispute, he was able to win the case. In that effect he is no longer obliged to provide you a replacement account or a refund.

I'm really sorry but we can no longer offer any support at this point since the two opportunities to have a replacement account: 1) before the dispute was made, and 2) during the dispute --- has already closed. And since disputes are final and binding, I'm afraid I won't be able to reopen the case anymore.

When i tried to link phone number it ask me to confirm throw email which i havn`t access to ,, how the owner havn`t access to his email ????!!!!! are you joking ?? and whats ur answers to buyers who claim that his accounts got recovered and they lost there money ?? or he is porotected by you cuz you getting paid from his sales money ??

whats the problem in refusing offer with another account specially when the 1st account recovered in the 2nd day of sending its details also i don`t like his second acc and i have send you the money to GET AND OWN THE SHOWN ACCOUNT IN THE SALE OFFER WHICH I HAVN`t GOT !!!!!!!!!!

now you had the money and devided it with the seller so pls give me the account i had pay the money for ... or give me my money

[MENTION=115851]PlayerAuctions[/MENTION] the buyer should not be forced to take a replacement account on something that is clearly stolen accounts. Maybe if your company was not a den of thieves themselfs they would realize this. “Secure the account thats clearly stolen so the original owner cannot take it back” how about sell legit accounts? Since buyer does not want a replacement he gets nothing.
 
Hi again, [MENTION=558908]agypter[/MENTION]. Sorry it took me a while, but I was able to ask for the reopening of this case. I'm very sorry as these changes require approval from a higher staff. You will be able to make your claim again and send your evidences; it's with ticket #99745.

To clarify, this order was made without insurance. I'm very sorry but we're not liable to make any refunds for orders without insurances, even if the buyer was able to prove his case. As a show of good faith, and due to [MENTION=183265]doomedtofail[/MENTION]'s recent comment in a previous thread about how we are still able to provide support for these, I am posting this and would like to do whatever I can on your case. If you are able to make the claim this time and show compelling evidence, even without the insurance, I would move for a motion to refund you.

hi , insurance may required for after trade support ,, but in our case the dispute had applied after the 2nd day in the paying proccess while the order isn`t complete and not confirmed and all of that after i understand the seller doesn`t own the email info and can`t send the real email info ,,, i had asked the seller before that i may get another acc from him with the insurance if he was smooth but he wasn`t because he know that most of his accounts will not last for the time of the insurance ,,,, also i had sold some accounts at your site with a total value around 150$ so i was expecting a more professional way to deal with the dispute ... and finally i appreciate your help

iam trying to access the ticket you had talk about but it doesn`t show in opened dispute or help center ,,, i also check email it doesn`t have an email from you ,, so can you provide me the info to throw PM to access to the new ticket ???
 
Playerauctions does not conduct any reviews of disputes, they usually favor one specific side for whatever reason without or with evidence. I used playerauctions once, someone scammed me after 3days recovered account. Playerauctions banned my account after disputing with evidence. I recovered the funds through Paypal and ignored Playerauctions. My best advice is to refund through paypal directly because playerauctions does not provide support.

And yes, I would agree there are a much higher amount of scams, especially with playerauctions "dispute system".

The thing that amazes me is that it is very clear that seller is selling ******* accounts and the account is still unbanned on playerauctions even though it directly violates the ToS of their website. There shouldn't be a need for insurance when it is very blatant that your seller is selling stolen accounts.
