What is the dispute about?
- Buyer bought a Bleach Brave Souls account from me on January 30, 2019
- After delivering the account to the buyer, buyer confirmed that it was good.
- On Feb 1, 2019, the buyer messaged me here and said that he no longer have access to the account that I sold him
- I checked my paypal and saw the paypal transaction being held (but not yet escalated). I replied to him in paypal and here as well
- Buyer is asking me to refund his payment because he no longer have access to his account
- I told the buyer that I cannot refund his payment because I have delivered the account to him and of course I told the buyer that I had nothing to do with him not being able to access his account
- I told the buyer that I am willing to help him recover the account if he was indeed hacked but looks like he doesn't want to let me help him and just wants his money back
- I've escalated it to PayPal to get my money back and stop this buyer from spouting nonsense and from trying to get both the account and his money back.
- The account I have sold the buyer is my own account. I am the first owner and it has never been linked to a Klab account.
- I wasn't compromised or else a lot of my buyers would be complaining right now. This is the first time someone complained for a bleach brave souls account
- I am guessing that the buyer is using multiple accounts on a single klab id and possibly lose the account because of his own doing. (just an assumption)
- Another possibility is that the buyer gave the same klab id to someone here in epic who does boosting services just by looking at his activity here (just an assumption)
- Or the buyer could be a re-seller and somehow got scammed by his buyer (just an assumption)
- But still it is very unlikely that his account got hacked because his klab id has verification code enabled (can be seen on our conversation)
- If a klab id has verification code enabled, logging on the game will ask for a verification which gets sent to the registered email.
- When I transfer accounts to a klab id, I only ask for the klab password and I never ask for the email password because I do not need it.
- I always ask the buyers to check their own email for the verification code
- As you can see, I cannot hack his account without him giving me the verification code even if I know his klab password.
- I dealt with another user here with a similar name "Saams". Looks like it's also him since he is using a similar password on his klab accounts
