Classic PayPal chargeback scam. Purchased an account from me and almost two months PayPal dispute chargeback.

I told him to message me here on site to make purchase. After we talked I received money via friends and family. Thus, I sent account to him. Account was secured and in his possession. Today, I woke up and PayPal sent chargeback email dispute to me. Classic PayPal chargeback scam. Here is some of our conversation.
