Isukage ban changed the things so we will have to continue in the same way @RevoThePimp you will have to take his role, please dispute your payment against Isukage and if you win have to refund this money to @jerometeezy

Sep. 24th @jerometeezy was sold the account to @LeoSaiken
Oct. 21th LeiSaiken opened chargeback as someone else is login on to the account
Later we have confirmed the next:
- The original owner S1mpleMadz sold the account to 2 different people Isukage and Thecerealmaker
- Isukage sold the account to RevoThePimp > Nxp > Jerometeezy who in the end sold the account to the last owner LeoSaiken
The issue was not noticed for some time because another owner Thecerealmaker was not active with the account until LeoSaiken made a purchase and noticed that someone else is playing too
- As the original owner was banned for the scam i have asked Isukage to dispute the payment chargeback and cover the jerometeezy lose so we would skip the situation that each previous owner must split the lose
- It's unclear if Isukage succeeds or not as he was later also banned for scamming so i have repeated the same request from RevoThePimp but his attempt to chargeback the payment was failed.

Now as 2 previous owners were banned responsibility should be on the next two RevoThePimp and Nxp but because one of them are Mod i would like to Admin make a decision

Refunds should then be issued down the line to RevoThePimp, NXP, Jerometeezy, and LeoSaiken

I see Isukage was banned, but I'm not sure why.

If someone involved is banned for refusing to refund and the payment can't be recovered, then the remaining users should split the lose.

The account was last sold for $260, so this should be split between RevoThePimp, NXP, Jerometeezy, and LeoSaiken. Each person loses $65. If Isukage agrees, then he can be included and it's $52 instead per person.

S1mpleMadz sold account to 2 people

S1mpleMadz banned Oct 2020
Isukage sold to RevoThePimp, who sold to NXP, who sold to Jerometeezy, who sold to LeoSaiken
Thecerealmaker never noticed he lost the account because he was not active.
LeoSaiken disputes payment against Jerometeezy, wins payment dispute
Thecerealmaker currently has the account

Isukage was banned over a different dispute.

Thecerealmake should be included in the split lose so it's fair to everyone. He's not part of the 2nd sale chain, but he's still involved. It wouldn't be fair if he paid nothing and also got to keep the account.

@thecerealmaker, @RevoThePimp, @Nxp, @jerometeezy and @LeoSaiken should all split the lose.

Jerometeezy lost $260 from this dispute. The above 5 members should split this lose. Each person should send $52 to Jerometeezy so everyone will lose $52.

@EpicNPC Maybe it would be best to put some type of time limit on this? As @jerometeezy has been waiting quite awhile already and is in a bad situation with paypal being negative.
 
A warning has been added to @RevoThePimp account. Ban in 72 hrs if there's no reply or payment.
LeoSaiken has been banned since he's been inactive for 3 months and has not replied yet. I do not have any other contact info for him to try to contact him.

They can be both unbanned once they make payment.

Please update once thecerealmaker's payment is completed.
