Barchan contacted me on discord today (May 11th) offering that he will either help get the account back or refund.
I didn't want the account already after all the drama, so Barchan told me that he would refund to me in within two days (48 hours).

If he refunds to me, will his account get unbanned?
I will go back and tell him once I have your reply. Thanks.

Thank you for checking back, I talked with Barchan at our time last night, he needs a little bit more time until lastest Monday to handle the refund, due to a credit card issue on Paypal.
