Other information:
I purchased the account with Barochan on March 27th, I trusted him because he has a pretty good reputation on this website.

Everything went well and I started playing every day since then. I have set up changes on everything on steam, emails/ phone numbers/and the steam authenticator app together with him during the transaction.
Until April 19th (2 days ago), I received the below SMS message from steam. Someone got the account back, and I could not log in anymore.
In the meantime, I never shared the account with anyone else, not even logged out once. I have played more than 300 hours during that period of time.
I immediately contacted Barochan, and he responded and has been nice trying to help, later admitted that the account he sold to me was purchased from somebody else, and there's nothing he can do with it now.
Even though the seller is nice and trying to help, up until right now I am still the one losing $600 dollars and the account, and he is unable to find the original owner,
He actually got annoyed lately, because I said I am going to report him if the issue is not going to be resolved anytime soon.
(It's unlucky that things happened to him, but I am the one who lost everything, and he still got my money, no refund.)
Barochan has sold a lot of the accounts that he got from somebody else. Nobody should be selling anything if they can not be responsible for what they sell.
I have reported the scam to Paypal in regard to the issue, sadly and always Paypal refused to do anything about that, and put the $600 on hold due to investigation for a bit on Barochan's Paypal's account.
Pretty sure he gets the on-hold money back already.
SIDE Note:
I never get the original email linked to the steam account, because there's a security issue blocking any new location login by Google. We couldn't figure that out.
At the time I figured that Steam is still linked to the original email, I told Barochan to look it up for me and see if we can get back the account by changing its password.
But in less than 5 mins we working on it, and "someone" changed the email immediately. This is very awkward the original owner can react that quickly.

Account Recalls
######################
Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
He did not, but during our conversation, it felt like he is the original owner, especially mentioned he has the original email, and mentioned everything is hand-played (no bots involved)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
He provided me with everything needed to change Steam's login information.
Original email of the Steam account he also gave that to me, but due to security reason I am not able to log in from my place even with a VPN.
He did not provide his ID, or purchasing record or anything else. Steam needed the purchased information to restore an account.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
A little bit less than one month
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
