Negative feedback revenge by banned user.

I sold uma musume global account to an user named mundanemane then after one day of complete trade he wanted me to buyback the account after He used the in-game item Rainbow Crystal to make Kitasan card MLB and topped up the account.
Proof highlight= He did use in-game item.

Why I want this feedback to be removed?
1. There is no security issue mentioned on our last message
2. He said he requested partial refund but he wanted me to buy it back instead
3. He said the account is untouched but on PM he said he did MLB Kitasan & topped up monhtly carrat.
4. He is proven to abuse multiple accounts on EpicNPC and keep getting banned.

Then I found identical account being sold , the cards and uma are identical except Rainbow Crystal being used on Kitasan.
Some changes on consumables are seen but I know its my account when I see one. Cards, uma, and achievements CM title are identical.

Also if my account had security issue, it wouldnt get resold by this User. *allegedly multiple account abuser* because he said its his account.

He could use other people phone number & ID to make clone accounts, its not surprising for him to fake his feedback.
Id like to ask the EpicStaff to review my case because I found it unfair when I am trying to do legit business here.
