I paid the seller over PayPal (48$). They then sent me screenshots showing that supposedly PayPal limited their account and the money is on hold. This happened the last two times I got scammed as well. The seller makes me a manager on the account and agrees that when the money clears they will make primary owner, which takes 7 days of being manager. A few days later then send screenshots saying PayPal banned their account (meaning my money is stuck), very suspicious considering PayPal says nothing about my payment on hold. 2 weeks later I asked when I'm going to be primary owner on the account and the seller claims they only made me manger a few days before so we had to wait, which was totally a lie because I got a confirmation email much before that date. Once I called the seller out they admitted that they don't want to do the deal anymore, which is convenient for them now that my money is stuck or in their bank account already.
I agree to pay 60$ via bitcoin to continue the deal. After sending the bitcoin, the seller says I should wait for confirmation from the Blockchain. A day later I noticed the bitcoin payment went through, and I email the seller. Magically I get an error that shows the email address doesn't exist anymore. I messaged a second email that they gave me and the person claims to be there friend and not actually them. I messaged the seller on epicnpc and posted on their other listing but they are ignoring me.
So now I am 118$ out and the scam seller won't respond. I attached screenshots. Sorry if they are not in order .
