oscarfrancois left negative feedback since I refunded and didn't want to sell

Hey, I was wondering if you could have a look at a recent review I got which I think is unjustified - this is regarding the recent feedback received from oscarfrancois
I didn't like how I received the money from him so I refunded him the entirety of the money on paypal, and decided I'll keep playing the account.
He still insisted he'd give me negative feedback, which I don't understand as I have the right to refund the guy and not continue with the transaction.
Please remove the feedback if you could.
