i used to sell serial keys on epicnpc 3 years ago, a buyer left a bad feed back on my account due to some issue, he claim that the key not working(benefit of doubt), so not only did i refund his payment on paypal, i also gave him some free keys, he promised on discord to change his feedback to positive but he never did fulfill his part, so i still left with a bad review. proof can be seen at the post "https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/razer-serpent-mount-4usd-each-instant-delivery.1225518/#post-5772911" by the user sGkz . am i able to resolve this issue of reputation as i plan to start selling stuff again on epicnpc. sorry if i posted in the wrong section.
