So I messaged him to buy the account at the EPICNPC, below was the old link (as you can see from the chat history)

I sent the money and it was pending, I googled around, I asked people around, and they said most of the time, the other party needs to confirm the payment so it'll go through.
And he said there's no option, so I wait it out. I asked him to reserved the account. I even sent friend request in discord just in case he's active there but he never accept it.
Then I saw the comments section below the thread, someone interested as well in one of many accounts he's selling, and replied almost immediately, assuming the deal was made in discord since buyer said added on discord
Meaning he ignored my friend request there.
So somehow the payment is not pending anymore, assuming he just confirmed it. I messaged him to inform him of that but he never respond despite being online several times after that.
Other details / notes:
I'm afraid he sold the account that I paid first to the other guy even after I already sent the payment
