Fake feedback by toxic seller first he tried to scam me 2 Times

I already Spent 1 hour trying to upload videos With proofs and Your website is not Even letting me so i am leaving clear screenshots
Hi this guy created a second account called Eliaswendler and he gave me fake feedback i gave this dude the first account he bought With his lucasabcd66 profile and he then opened a dispute in paypal this guy is the most toxic dude i have seen
Please erase My negative feedback this guy is just opening disputes for no reason he himself confirmed the account in the screenshot is Crystal clear and then he just dispute me
This Elias guy and Luci bau are just two of his Paypal accounts And then hue created a secondary epic NPC account after disabling the one he scammed me with Then like 2 hours after He tried to scam me again but sadly i did still not know it was this scammer And i received the 9 usd but to Say received is just a formality because all of his payments we're via Goods and services sent by Eliaswerner( the scammer just newly created epic NPC account) But then i realized it was him because he was Also from germany and his adresss was almost the same
Also disputes to get his money back by this guy we're opened both right after changing the email on the Eliaswendler guy case i did not give him the account of course because i realized he was the same lucas guy when i saw his adresss on paypal but he opened dispute right after anyway
Also both payments we're Made using Goods and services not FF so there is no scam om My part here, it takes days to Even be able to Withdraw moment via Goods and services
I also attached proof of his Paypal disputes which are still Open
I am also giving proofs that this guy changed and secured the email and steam account named boyurock56 which appears in the conversation that i had With lucas66abcd (the first account he Made) just to scam me
I never received payment because it was Goods and services and i am Even at negative balance thanks to this awesome guy

Hello, I created a new account here and wrote to him saying I wanted to buy something. He immediately emailed me and said to pay. Since his account actually had good reviews, I paid. He completely scammed me and claimed I was someone else. Transaction screenshots are coming soon. As I said, I then offered him, "Hey, if you give it to me and don't scam me, I'll close the case." What happened?

He said that because his previous buyer was German, I would be the one.

This guy is so a Bad liar that now he Says the account he created to scam me in epic NPC (lucas66abcds) now he Says is a account someone else created With HIS IP and email that was stolen i am laughing and this guy already received his money back from this Xbox post account the other account the one he scammed me is still on dispute and that guy is sending that screenshot or image from the dispute that is still Open from the Account he scam me as lucas i Will send proff or the imagen of the Paypal account he used to but the Xbox account and how he already received his money and left me at negative balance

Yes i am still claiming and after looking i found the specific transaction i give screenshots of both the exact time in the conversation where he sended me the money and Paypal screenshot of where it shows there is a dispute

Here it appears exact time he Paid on epic 4:46 sunday and pm Paypal it Says the exact hour and date just 1 minutes before

If a dispute is Open i havent received any payment and i algo get affected anyway because it leaves me at negative balance and he started all the disputes includes the ones from the Account he scam me With his alt epic acc

He disputed the payment due to you not providing him the account that he paid for.

TG was not used and a transaction took place.
