Not exactly a scam..but AkAKamElHump and Hottrue ...mehhh..

Hello again MD.

Meant to post this A LONG time ago, but have been moving and without interwebs.

Anywho, heres how it went down.

Perfectly legit trade between myself and Hottrue, for an 80 Paladin. All went well, and he is clearly a legit fellow in my book, as I even just checked, and the account info is still as I changed it to; however, it also is still temporarily frozen until OO sends in ID to Blizz.


I contacted the OO, who apparently is AkAKamELHuMp or whatever, and he claims Hot True gave him "bad keys" that work but are banned. Or whatever.

So now I'm left with minus a 70 Drood and WoTLK Key, and a banned Retadin.


I'd appreciate it if a mod told them to work out there differences and compensate by him contacting blizz to have the paladin I traded for unbanned.

Or at least something happened or some compensation was made.

Would appreciate at least some input by a mod. =/

Apon inspection, it'd seem that Kamel is both an idiot and a scammer.

Here he is trading the account I now have thats locked to Hottrue.

And I just saw that Kamel is now banned for scamming someone elses Pally. Odd.

While I would appreciate some form of compensation, Hot True, it would appear, is not to blame..


Thoughts?

I'd be more than happy to give mod full info I have to the Pally to see for his or herself that it is locked.

Thats the odd thing. It doesn't say.

It says it is temporarily (Has been over a month) closed until the owner sends a photo ID or such to Blizz.

Now, granted I got this from somneone who wasn't the OO, and Kamel, is presumably the OO, I don't have that.

Now, I'm willing to do anything I can to further prove what I say is true. As I said, I'll even give an admin/mod the login to see for themselves the situation.


It wasnt "Banned" perse, for spamming or flaming. But locked. And I do not mean frozen as in with no time. The account itself still even has time on it.

I would like, preferably, to have Kamel offer some compensation, or do the easy thing and just send in his ID and have it unblocked, then give me the information. I'd be willing to have a middleman or anything needed.

I realize its an odd situation, but one I'd like help resolved. =/
