Let me preface this first with the discord logs are extremely long, so I apologize you have to read through the entire thing. There were bits and pieces of conversation that were completely irrelevant to this matter, so I cut those as well as personal information (names, addresses, etc.) for obvious reason. Here is the log:

Abstract - I asked to buy his 6.5 account, and after a long conversation I requested that I use either middleman or Good/Services on paypal (I have been scammed several times on this forum). He initially said Middleman was okay, however when I tried to initiate the middleman transaction, he stalled and was pushing for friends and family via paypal only. Said if it wasn't done this way, the money gets held
in his account because that's Phillippines policy...? (Seemed like a lie to me, but whatever - I omitted this part from our discord convo because I did not want to leak his personal information when he showed me his paypal). Went back and forth for forever, but because the price was so low and he seemed trustworthy, I eventually paid him via F/F paypal (again, he kept pushing for this method). I must also say, he was pressuring me to buy quickly, because he said he "already paid his friend for the account, and needed to be reimbursed for it." Imo, that's not my problem. You're selling an account, you should have it ready to go when someone wants to buy it.
Anyway, as you can see in the logs, I paid him, he kept stalling and to this day has NEVER given me the account. Then, he gave me a 5k account to "hold on to" as collateral until I eventually got the 6.5 account as a sign of "good faith." I obliged obviously, because I wanted the 6.5 account for which I paid. Then he's angry with me, says he has a buyer for the 5k account he gave me to hold and needed to sell it immediately. I said when I get my 6.5 account that I PAID for, he would get back his 5k account (again, which his intentionally gave me to hold until I finally received the 6.5 account I paid for). Fast forward 1 month later, and he STILL has not given me the 6.5 account. Keep in mind, this whole time I also told him I would be fine with a refund - but no refund was ever given.
I've been scammed so many times on this site and I usually let it go because this price was so low and I know I'll never get reimbursed. But I don't want to see scammers like this freely buying/selling. I also know several of his friends are artificially boosting his feedback, but that's another story.
