New kid looking for some pointers

Hi there, I'm new to the site and doing my research about how things work around here. Long story short, I came here because COVID made me jobless, lose my 2 roomates and struggling to pay the rent, so I decided it would be a good time to try and sell my World of Tanks account. After looking around I found this site and tought it was a good place to do so, but then I started to notice the risks involved in these kind of dealings like scams, chargebacks and the like.

I also saw there's a lot of helpful people around, which made me want to ask: what should I do and how should I do it to sell my account and get that oh-so-needed money in a safe way? Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome, @Killer_Peyote it's great to see new faces.
What Keynin provided you with is extremely helpful.
If I were to add my two cents, I would recommend steering away from PayPal if you're selling a high value account to someone with no feedback, charge backs within 180 days are not so uncommon.
Similarly, being a new member, people will also be reluctant to send you payment via Crypto or Western Union, as it's extremely difficult if not impossible to dispute.
My advice would be to build up your EpicNPC account a bit more if you're planning on staying for a while.
