Negative feedback was given to me by mistake need it to be removed

I was given a negative feedback by someone earlier today who I didn't talk or do transaction before: https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/372192/view

I talk to the guy why he did that and he mistaken me for someone else. Well it was a poser (someone pretending to be me) and trying to scam him. He thought I was that person.

We already talked and resolve this issue and he apologize for the mistake.

Now he wants to remove his negative feedback to me but there's no option to do it.

I will also make him comment here for more proof that were ok now and I am not the one trying to scam him but a different person.

I confirm the situation, another seller used her thread and another discord ID, and offered me the account for less money, i didn't accept, when i asked about details of the items in the account, he deleted her discord and some photos.

Now: Kuroky contacted me and i the problem has been solved, if the feedback can be errased, will be good.
