Good day, so today I was given a negative feedback by someone who is creating multiple accounts on website and bought an account from me years ago and now he pretends that he lost an account that was bought from me

@EpicNPC CM The seller and I worked things out, he's about to give me full access of another account as a replacement. I'd like to request my negative feedback removed from his profile as things seem to be sorting out between us now.
