Negative feedback removal

Hi there,

Yesterday i recieved a negative feedback.
I've sold a WoW Account through my webshop some weeks ago, however sadly he recieved a 30d suspension.
I totally understand his frustration, yet it is still in my Terms of Service that bans/suspensions may occur as its simply against Blizzard ToS.

The account provider uses identical names on the toons he levels, runs around in stormwind with 5+ chars multiboxing, its pretty obvious hes an acc seller when he has new 60's every week...

My character is very well played, full prebis, epics, alot of gold etc, ofc its gonna draw attention when it has the same name as the other 30 or something characters thats on the faerlina server, even my guildmates got really confused whenever they saw 5 ****ing dwarfs run around, my name is Aavis and their name was something like [removed] etc and the characters are even notorious in some guilds for being multiboxed, so its pretty easy to track down its sold accounts )))))))))))))))

Sorry but i didnt sign up to buy a multiboxed character that has the same name as other characters on the server, that wasnt noted in the description of the account sale

The ban was not from the way it was leveled, the exploitation part of that ban email is misleading. Blizzard has been banning in waves many accounts for selling or boosting when the ip changes and other stuff like play times change, banning quite heavily actually.

Multiboxing is allowed and i can't know how many accounts the owner leveled and what names he picked.
it is suspended for account sharing due to the IP switch indeed. I assume you also play from Sweden (or with a swedish IP) which may flag it, i have no idea what tools Blizzard is using either.
But the suspension waves seem to be an issue on US servers mainly.

Even if thats the case, nobody wants characters that has the same name as multiple other lvl 60s, very obvious that its sold accounts, if i were a gm, id be suspicious if there were multiple toons with same name atleast

It would have been permanently closed that way.
Its simply impossible for me to know if the specific account owner decides to create new accounts a few week later with identical names.
Gladly its a suspension and not a ban and eventually you can decide to do a free realm change aswell

Feedback changed to neutral, as there is not enough proof as to what got the account banned.
