@csgomkp Gave me negative feedback because account was suspended that he bought from me, it clearly says that account was suspended because of " Unauthorized Account Access " and in the description they said that sharing or accessing another players account is violating the rules. Which i clearly explained to the buyer and told him that HE as the buyer is aware of the risk when buying account even if its against the ToS, therefore its not my fault in any way. NO exploits or anything was used to level up the character, because if that was the reason they would have said so, i sold the account to him 09.07.2019 with no issues at all.

After all, the account is suspended for 1 month because of the account sharing / buying, not even perma banned.

I am asking for feedback removal because it was not my fault at all, i did not sell him compromised account, i did everything by the book. Its just his bad luck that he got caught and now giving negative feedback because i don't want to buy the account back of him.

Also i am guessing he gave me grief / revenge feedback because i did not want to buy back the mage of him and he mentioned that he got scammed from some other guy for some decent amount of money, here's a part of our conversation " https://gyazo.com/7ec632c3d16c89ad67c82f6b77ab7dea "

Here is the picture that he provided to me " https://cdn.[Social group links not...59124351778861/627125559209492530/unknown.png ".

I messaged @Angel with more information on this.
The blizzard message is in the negative feedback as well....
It was suspended for one month for
"A player on this account used a different game account to take part in exploitative play."
I got the toon at 41.5 with 80g, I did 3-4 dungeons, got the mount, then set the mage to the side to level a druid. I did nothing exploitative to level.

I had a negative experience with an account you sold me that was out of my control. Now I have an account that is suspended, may be rolled back to who knows what, and has a permanent mark on the account. The resell value depreciated greatly with the suspension on record and I believe that merits one negative feedback.

I asked for a partial refund on the account as I am out for $430 in a week on either being scammed or sold compromised accounts. Even if I were to sell it after the suspension it will be one more month out and not worth as much because of the suspension on the account, 42 isn't going to be as desirable, and I'll have to drop another $15 just for game time.

I never had an issue doing partial refunds to my costumers when they are correct or even full refunds. But in this case you are not, the suspension reason that was given by blizzard is for account boosting ( you can google it or even send another support message to blizzard to explain you the reason ) / they noticed account owner change or whatever. I sold you account that had only 1 owner before you, and thats the original owner + i gave you his photo ID and you can see that name of the ID matches the name on the account. So please explain me why did they write down in suspernsion reason that " Sharing your account or accessing another player's account violets their ToS " .

If you don't want to take the risk of account being suspended and getting caught for buying it, then feel free to level your own character, that way you wont be violating any of their rules

Also, in the very first paragraph it says " Violation: Unauthorized Account Access " ..... If you are correct and account was using exploits to level before i sold it to you, why did they not suspend it and write the reason as " You have been using expoits, etc etc "

The exploitative play they are talking about is the account sharing, as they said in the continuation in their sentence. Which in our case refers to your IP not matching the original one and that lead to account suspension. They wouldn't even mention account sharing if some kind of exploit was used on the account.

I have recently gotten this ban it has zero to do with any exploits. They consider buying a boosting service an exploit these days, so basically they saw the ip change and then a sudden change in character activity and decided its getting leveled/boosted. It is not at all a compromised account. They are really coming down hard on this lately after years of doing nothing.

There's nothing a seller can do about that. When a buyer logs into a purchased account the IP will be changed. That's the risk a buyer accepts when purchasing an account. Since there's nothing a seller can do about that, it's just bad luck.

Feedback changed to neutral as we cannot remove it since a transaction has occurred.
