I got pm from him.
Trying to get any info about issue and fix if it's my fault

He said that details was changed to another.
After purchase steam url was changed to another it means that i cant check steam profile and look who use it now.
I asked about last nickname, he ignored me
I requested screenshot of SMS from steam support, he cant provide it, because his phone number was not attached.
In this situation i cant help him. Im not Original Owner, i bought this account long time.

In my eyes this issue seems like someone hijacked him and stole account.

The problem did not get solved, but i got a unranked user. I am not happy with the outcome, but i dont feel like the seller deserves negative feedback cause of this

You got proof it was hijacked and not recalled? prove that then you dont. but if you sold an account and cannot recall it then you must replace the account with equal value or refund.

I didn't get any proofs like SMS from steam support that account has been recovered.
So I solved problem, my customer said that you can remove negative feedback

Thats beacause i didnt connect a phone, BUT i did connect my email and changed the password and any other emails and numbers connected to the account, the only way someone can get access to the account then is if they file a suppport ticket with past information, thats what i think you did

Sellers are responsible for selling safe and secure accounts. If a recall happens, many times the seller has to either refund or help recover the account.

If a replacement account is given as compensation, it must be the same value.

A seller CANNOT say "the oo recalled so I'm not responsible" This is false and the seller is responsible.

Please send me the login info for the Steam account, including the email address that was on the account at that time.

We do not need proof you are selling ******* accounts, there should be zero recalls and one that is recalled in a few days raises the red flag of *******. whether you ******* them or supplier does not change anything.

No you need to fix the account and prove it wasnt recalled and return it or refund if you cannot prove other wise or fix it
. you are responsible for what you sell. we do not need to prove anything.
