I don't recall any memory of this transaction going wrong, I had a BF3 account and he traded me the DH plain and simple. All in all, the thread you linked speaks for itself, trade was completed. I do not even know the procedure for recalling BF3 accounts nor would I do such a thing. In any case, I stand in my position to have this negative removed. There was no recall involved.

Did you try contacting him to fix the issue? He left the feedback 3 months ago, how do I know the account wasn't reclaimed? Are you the OO of the BF3 account you traded him? Do you still have the D3 account?

I do not possess either accounts. It has been nearly 6 months since I have had any activity on this site, which would explain the 3 month gap in this feedback and my reporting of it. If you take a look at all this threads he has left no contact method open for me to discuss this and roflchops has already sent him a message so he would know to come here to fix this so a PM from me is not required. I do not have any connection or contact with the previous owner of that BF3 account, and the DH account was more than likely sold or traded.

I've email notified him, but I can't just removed the feedback based on nothing. If he doesn't reply in 48 hrs, the best I can do is change it to neutral.

He shouldn't be able to get away with putting something like that in my record books and letting me deal with the inconvenience of it. Why can't my other negative be changed to a neutral since there was also no evidence of any recall either? That situation also involved Sky~ at the time who has been known to abuse his powers when he was a mod.

disputes of rep need to happen when the rep is given. I know you didn't see it til now, but you need to understand it becomes much harder for me to investigate the claim when it's not reported until 3 months later. I can't just start removing negatives without reason.

Right now I have no information about this dispute other than you traded an account to unnamed101, then a few months later he gave you a negative because he claims it was recalled. It might be true or not, I don't know, so I'm not going to remove it until I know.

I PMed you his email, he was active just 10 days ago, so there's still a good chance you'll be able to contact him.
