negative feedback from a scammer.

I have a negative feedback from a scammer from years ago...I called him out as such and I am almost positive he was banned.

I can't remove the feedback because they were never banned and I can't investigate a dispute 4 yrs old. Sorry

No problem, thanks for looking into it. They were pretty well known for scamming on MD. And its not a big deal but I figured if he was banned I would have it removed. Thanks for checking into it though
