I sold a czn account on December 5, 2025 with him but today he gave negative feedback accusing me of hacking back even though the transaction was completed since December 5 December too At the beginning he accused me of hacking back Gmail and I asked for proof that I logged back into Gmail, but he didn't have any, then he accused me of hacking back through customer service even though the chaos zero nightmare does not have such a system.And he seemed to be insisting on wanting his money back. I was sure he was lying. I was sure he deleted his account and was lying. He did to get money back. It's totally unreasonable how to get login access back after 2 months.

If the communications was offsite, we will only accept video evidence, no screenshots.
  • Proof of sale will be requested.
    • Buyer can show they sent payment.
    • Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
  • No further investigation will be conducted.
  • Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.
Once we confirm an exchange occurred, the feedback cannot be removed. The buyer and seller should try to reach a compromise or resolve the issue on their own.

If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.

You tried recovering the account once already and admitted to it in writing. I don’t know what you expect to happen. People should know that you are a thief.
I explained at that time that I was just trying to log in to find out if the account was not disabled by Google and after that for 2 months if I hacked back why did you Just saying this now? Very strange.

Prove in Gmail that there is activity of me logging back in like that, I've been asking you like that but you can't prove it

Update When I tried to log in again right now, it turned out that his Gmail account was still in his hands, as evidenced by the fact that it was still asking for permission to use his iPhone device, and I only use the Android device Iqoo13.

What kind of seller tries recovering an email “just to see if it was disabled”? That isn’t something any legitimate seller does. That alone should have gotten you banned. You are intentionally pretending that this is all about the email account. You failed to recover the email account because I secured it. You shamelessly admitted that you tried recovering it. When that didn’t work, you recovered the Stove account itself through customer support. Please stop pretending to misunderstand. You know what you did and this flailing is embarrassing.
 
It is very unreasonable, chaos zero nightmare not have a system like that, even if it was like that it would not be easy, there are many conditions such as proof of top up & email verification like hoyoverse game, and I sell the account the condition is f2p free to play never top up

So it’s not possible to recover the Stove account but if it was then you know the exact method that you would need to use to recover it? Lol dude. Like I said, you know what you did and you’re basically explaining to us how you did it.
 
Stove does have a system for recovering hacked accounts through customer support. Almost every game with customer support does. I’ve personally recovered a hacked epic 7 stove account. This is like the most common account selling scam.
