I approached him to buy some pansun.

After this conversation I've reported his thread because It seemed very fishy for a mod to look at it, with a picture from the conversation.

The feedback he left is totally unreasonable. I've been nice with him every step of the way, you can see it clearly in the pictures above me. And the feedback is not about anything sales related

It might have been a mistake to report his thread. but I've searched for guidelines on reports and nothing came up. I take full responsability for the report If I was in the wrong.

I really think that he will scam somebody in the future if left unchecked. He has one review from an user within the same country, both accounts made two weeks ago.

A few comments about what you wrote:

It was a mistake. You were 100% in the wrong to do that and you deserve the negative feedback as a result.

The country in question is the United States, which is where the vast majority of buyers are from. Also, the game came out less than two weeks ago so of coarse there are a ton of buyers with accounts that new.

You have ZERO reason to think I would scam people simply because I refused to give you Pansun BEFORE you paid for it. As I told you, very few people will conduct business that way. The fact that you even asked honestly makes YOU seem like a scammer. That is not how transactions are conducted.

In fact, if you actually read the conversation you posted you'll see that I went above and beyond in offering to confirm my identity. That is NOT something a scammer would do.

In summary: You messed up by falsely reporting my post without cause and as such the feedback I gave you is 100% justified. I am losing sales to you (a competitor) because of the warning message that now appears on my post because of you. When that warning message goes away (after a mod reviews my account) I will consider removing my feedback. Hopefully you learned your lesson about filing false reports.

You lied about me harassing and insulting you. You think you are a porn star and that should be enough for me to trust you in real money trading, what are we talking about here?
A report is not the same as a negative feedback. I'm not a competitor to you, I only buy on the forums.
I know that this reply was not necessary because I trust the moderation team, but the whole situation besides the unpleasantness is somewhat funny.

The feedback was given falsely as per our rules on feedback, also reports can only be viewed by the moderation team and the user that was being reported and the user that opened the report. There is no consequence for opening a report for being suspicious of anything. As for who goes first in a trade that is strictly up to both the buyer and seller, we normally recommend that the person with the lower feedback/no upgrades goes first as if a scam were to occur its likely going to happen by the person with the low feedback/no upgrades. If you were harassed off-site you can simply block the user and not conduct business with them. We do not moderate users actions off-site.

• Feedback can only be given if a sale has began. This means either payment was made or the item was given.
• You may not compensate anyone for a review or recommendation.
• No free items, services or accounts in exchange for feedback.
• Companies that are EpicNPC verified cannot give their employees feedback, and the employees cannot give the company feedback.
• You may NOT post feedback on behalf of any user. Doing so puts your own EpicNPC status at risk and may cause a permanent account suspension.
• Grief or revenge feedbacks are not permitted.
• Grief ratings are not permitted.
• Disregarding these rules may lead to account suspension and/or having your account upgrade revoked.

I didn't realize that other people could not see the giant Warning label on my thread so I assumed I would be losing sales as a result.

Can you (or any moderator) delete my feedback on his thread? I tried to but I can only edit it, not delete it.

I consider this matter resolved and want to remove the feedback.

Only an admin can remove the feedback but as soon as one is available it will be removed.
