- Basically, the end agreement was that I would get the lock and rogue unlocked and then offer it back to Nictwo2269 for his druid, lock, and a mage on a seperate account. I did and he said he just wanted the rogue now and would trade it for his mage. I also offered to pay $125 bucks for the loss of his $300 in the mumbo jumbo mess. (I've only paid $25 of that so far)
So to clear things up for the mods - AS OF NOW:
Novaxx23 (me) - has my warlock and rogue. (Already compensated the guy I traded nictwo2269's mage when I first received it)
Nictwo2269 - has his druid, warlock, and a mage on a seperate account. (potentially out $300 bucks as well)
Shenghu - has his mage that he recalled for new reason. (core of this huge mess)
I need to get in contact with Nictwo2269 (I haven't seen him on AIM for about 4-5 days) because my family ran into a financial problem and I had to loan them money, therefor I can't afford the rest of the $100 bucks I owe him. (sounds fishy I know, but its the truth)
So now we need to work out a new agreement.
Personally, I feel as if I shouldn't be banned over this, because after reading how Mike offered to resolve Levalon's problem, I feel like it should be the same here. (In other words, Shenghu offers both me and Nictwo2269 compensation)
If he didn't recall the mage, it wouldn't been something like, I would've gotten the warlock/rogue back and had to options:
1. Give it back to Nictwo2269 (since at the time, it was his account.
2. Decide to keep it (they claimed I recalled) and then been marked as a scammer, been banned from MD, then he could've recalled and problem would've been solved.
Unforunately that wasn't the case.
Would just like a mod's opinion on how to go about resolving this because I'm stumped, but the main point of this thread is too help me get in contact with Nictwo2269 to inform him of what has come up.
P.S. I had his phone number, but my phone ended up randomly crashing and therefor I had to order a new one. I wrote down what I thought was him number and texted him, but he hasn't responded. (he's normally really quick at responding, but we'll see)
P.S.S - Shenghu's picture is of me, yes I'm fat and look like a "Mountain man". Him having a picture of me doesn't bother me at all, because it shows that he has a maturity level of a 13 year old boy.
He spent an hour teasing me over my weight, voice, etc via skype so I've lost all ties with him and our "mutual friend."
Speaking of our mutual friend, he asked if I could even edit chat logs (he heard how I thought Shenghu was editing them) and I told him yes, its not that hard really. I did a piss poor job of editing but I did it for ****s and giggles, I know I made errors but it wasn't to prove anything. I sent him the edited log (that Shenghu posted) and he said he laughed his f*****g *ss off but then turned around and sent it to Shenghu, which he then uploaded claiming I was doing it as seriousness blah blah blah.
Unfortunately, I have no proof of the above paragraph, because I just planned on paying off nictwo2269, take whatever account nictwo2269 didn't want, and then just lose contact with them.
