need someone who knows paypal

So,

I recently sold an account through paypal, and of course the buyer recalls his money about an hour later. Now, this is what I did that I thought would be enough to show paypal that it was this guy who bought the account.

First of all, the account information was sent to the registered paypal address.

I sent a money invoice marked under "goods" for payment.

I also sent an envolope through registered mail with all the information on the account with the value set at the price of the account on the package. to the address on the paypal verifyed address.

is this enough? I read somewhere you can get the persons ip address through email, he sent me an email from the registered paypal address, I am wondering if I can somehow get a hold of the ip address and show paypal it, perhaps they can check their logs of that account and see if any foreign ips have logged in?.

Somewhere in the properties of the mail program you are using select "show full headers" or if you're in webmail find something like that as well.

If he performed a charge back, unfortunately, paypal cannot assist you in the matter only his credit card company can.

If he filed a dispute/complaint just respond with, "intangible goods," and you're set.

You can show shipping information to paypal and they will cancel his dispute.
