Need Help with Knd112 - AIM = AAU Hornets - Any Advice?

Hello,

I'm new to the markee community however I've done some buying/trading before. I recently traded an account I was the original owner on to a person I believe to be legitimate.

Everything went smoothly until about 5 days after the trade, I went to log on to the account and the password was changed, tried resetting it but the e-mail was changed.

I finally got ahold of KND12 - AIM = AAUHornets and he informed me that it was a chain of re-calls and apparently the account I traded for had been a victim.

I spoke to the person in possesion of the account in-game and he claimed his account was key-logged, I'm assuming he's lieing and is just a scammer but it's hard to tell I guess.

I traded an 8/8 Tier 6 Undead Shadow Priest with nearly 20,000 gold. She was on a PVP Server and everything and pretty much my pride and joy for over 2 years. I traded her for a nicely geared 2/8 tier 6, Gladiator, Blood Elf Warlock with 4/5 S4.

I'm the original owner of my account and he was apparently the second owner of this account, he claimed that he got the account from a friend which obviously isn't true now but I will let that one slide.

Anyway I know I can re-call my account however he sold the account to I believe seasonXs

Obviously I don't want to screw SeasonXs out of there deal and I don't want him to get in trouble for the situation.

He seems like a legitimate guy who just got screwed over but I lost a very valuable account and am now empty handed when I haven't done anything wrong. My account is still being played on and in-tact while I have nothing to show for it.

Once we talked I told him I would give him a few days to sort things out but I haven't gotten a response and have sent him several messages on AIM, e-mail's and etc. Seems like he's just ignoring the situation since he hasn't had a post since it happened.

If anyone has any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated, I want to get back to playing right away or at least get rewarded. Considering he made money off a trade that wasn't legitimate I would say that he at least owes me a similar account or the money for my account.

I will try to check this as often as possible, I travel a lot but hopefully someone can help me, I would really appreciate it and sorry if this is a weird post.

Advice

Throw some aim logs on the thread of conversations between you and Knd. Might help the situation come to a conclusion a little bit faster.

Also have you tried to contact SeasonXs to explain your situation?

Welcome to trading.

One recall and an entire string of trades can get REALLY nasty. Trust me, I would know.

You can handle this one of two ways:

1) Recall your original account. I am aware that you do not want to screw someone over. However, that is really not your problem as you were screwed over to begin with.
2) Try to get a reimbursement from Knd12. I wish you the best of luck with that though. Not many traders are going to help you out when you get jacked.

Looking back on it, i think your only option is to recall your original account. If what you say is true Knd obviously cannot get the warlock back, so an account reimbursement is out of question, unless the [censored] who recalled the account desides not to be a [censored]. It also doesnt seem like Knd is very willing at all to help you out in any form.

So talk to seasonxs and tell him this one is on Knd, he shouldnt have traded an account that had any possibility of being recalled. You're not in the wrong for recalling your account.

Thanks for the help guys and I apologize for this amateur question.

I tried to contact SeasonXs however I don't seen an AIM listed on him. I also have been waiting around in-game but no one appears to be playing my character.

I do have some aim logs as well, if nessecery I can post them but they weren't turned on until after we had traded so I just have record of him apologizing and offering to help.

I guess my only option really is to re-call, I'm going to give it 24 hours to get a hold of SeasonXs and get a resolution from KND then I will just have to give Blizzard a shout.

I figured since he had reputation and spoke to me on the phone he would be pretty safe, I don't think he was trying to scam me and I'm not sure if he knew the account wasn't safe but hopefully he can get it all figured out.

I have read and gone through your OP. thanks for giving me the heads up.
However, i bought a 4/6 T6 hunter from AAUhornets. I do not know anything about a 8/8 T6 shadowpriest.

He was very skeptical about dealing with asians. Thus i allowed the cash via paypal to clear before him giving my the entire account information. ( He does have a decent amount of rep ).

He was very hard to get a hold of during the period which my paypal funds cleared to his bank. But nevertheless, he gave me the full account information in the end.

If there is anything I can do to help, i will gladly do so.

okay, i tried logging into the hunter i have recently purchased from KND. He has recalled it.
I am unable to logon to the account anymore.

wow, this is unbelievable.

I have been trying means and ways to get to AAUHornets.
But to no avail.
He somehow always seems to be online on ventrilo with the alias: Kyle.

He has been an account holder since 2005.

Is there anything I can do at all?
I will pursue this matter.
I will go to any lengths (legal), to get to the bottom of this.

Hello SeasonX,I happen to be the OO of the Hunter which on my part I did recall.I traded him my toon for an account which on his part was also recalled and being fair I waited about a week for him to log on AIM.
It was yesterday while reading his latest post I realized he was in part of a massive recall and I guess he ran before the pressure was on his toes so I recalled my account.I'm not going to be screwed out of my account after being very fair and patient for this guy.
I've read how this has effected you but like I said above nothing else I could do.

Well Hello yes i was a victim of a recall chain.. i traded a rogue along time ago for a druid. the druid told me he was gonna scam the druid back. i posted it on my last post. i made before i quit this site. i am done with wow and MD i have a new born baby son. I am sorry to anyone involved in my recall chain. As for season you have a paypal dispute against me which i will fight because 1 i traded u the account with full info nothing more i can do. It happens, i have been a victim of recalls like anyone else who has traded. But i gave you a working account full info and knew nothing of a possibility of a recall.

Id appreciate though if you didnt post my personal information in this thread as that is a privacy issue and if id wanted to let everyone know my address so on and so forth. then id give it to them.

as for everyone else. Have a good one i have no reason to come back here as wow is crack and i have new responsibilitys.
