Need help for sale of account

Hey i am new to this selling online gaming accounts and would like to know how to go about selling my marvel contest of champions account. It would imply giving the buyer my log in email and password and he is asking for my email and password as well to avoid being scammed as he claims. I don't mind giving up my email but would like to know how to go about with the sale i.e. paypal and such as I never have done this before. Thanks!

You can get charged back pretty easily on paypal, if you're new to it then I wouldn't really recommend, however if you only use your paypal once and don't mind a negative balance, you should be OK. Just make sure you withdraw everything and close your account.
