Requesting assistance from EpicNPC admins.

As title suggests, I would like to beseech assistance from an admin to verify my credentials.

Earlier I received a notification stating that there is a mismatch in my ID and phone number. However, I am certain that my nationality (MYS) is clearly stated on the ID I have submitted for review. Hence, I have cause to believe that my Malaysian number is acceptable.

If my credentials are unable to go through, may I formally request that all my sensitive information (including this EpicNPC account) be wiped from your database?

Hello Mike. I want buy credits, but the payment gateway isn't showing up. It might be malfunctioning or due to yesterday's update.
I hope it will be fixed soon.
